Our Role as a Partner

An academic expansion partner — not a replacement school.

GPA is built to strengthen what your school already does well. You keep the relationships, the culture, and the diploma. We bring the academic infrastructure, the catalog depth, and the delivery capacity.

The partner school retains

  • Ownership of student formation and discipleship
  • Culture, community, and pastoral relationships
  • Mentorship and advisory of every enrolled student
  • Diploma authority and final transcript issuance

GPA provides

  • Rigorous, classical Christian academic coursework
  • Async course delivery built for flexible pacing
  • Credit-recovery seats without master-schedule disruption
  • Niche and non-conventional elective development
  • Curriculum and faculty-capacity solutions
  • Scalable pathway partnership across grades 9–12

How Partnership Works

Schools plug in. Students log on. Learning begins.

01

Select your courses

Choose individual courses or full grade-level pathways from our Trivium-based catalog. Mix and match with your existing offerings.

02

Roster your students

We provision Buzz LMS accounts and onboard your students into the courses you've selected. No infrastructure for you to maintain.

03

We handle delivery

GPA teachers grade and our AI tutor keeps students on task. Your school retains the formation relationship with the student; we deliver the academics.

100%

Your formation pathway

Coursework aligned for schools with strong formation values — your culture, discipleship, and student relationships stay with you.

24/7

Async, self-paced delivery

No live-class scheduling conflicts with your existing block. Ideal for credit recovery and students learning on their own pacing.

  • Buzz LMS access for every enrolled student — no platform contract to negotiate.
  • Trivium-based curriculum (Grammar, Logic, Rhetoric) across humanities, math, science, and theology.
  • In-house AI tutor with content safeguards built for classical learning.
  • Transcripts and grade reporting back to your registrar on your reporting cadence.

Where We Add Value

Services your staff can't easily build in-house

We're built to fill the gaps a single-campus faculty can't reasonably cover — recovery seats, hard-to-staff electives, and brand-new courses built around what your students actually need.

Async, self-paced credit recovery

Give students a path to recover a failed or missed course without pulling a teacher off-load or rebuilding your master schedule. Enroll mid-term, work at the student's pace, return to good standing.

Niche & non-conventional electives

Logic, Rhetoric, Great Books, theology, classical languages, advanced sciences — the courses you'd love to offer but can't justify hiring a full-time teacher for. Plug ours in instead.

Custom course development

Have a course your community needs but no curriculum exists for it? We build new courses for partner schools based on real demand — designed, vetted, and aligned to classical Christian formation.

Administrators: request a partnership packet, sample syllabi, and pilot pricing.

Tech requirements

What partner schools and their students need

GPA is fully online. The setup is simple — most families already have what's needed. One requirement to flag clearly: all coursework is taught in English and requires English proficiency.

  • Device

A modern laptop or desktop (Windows, macOS, or ChromeOS) with webcam and microphone. Tablets work for viewing but not for written coursework.

  • Internet

Reliable broadband connection — minimum 10 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up for live advisory and tutoring sessions.

  • Browser

Latest version of Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox. Pop-ups and cookies enabled for our learning platform.

  • Quiet workspace

A dedicated, quiet space with headphones for advisory calls and recorded lessons.

  • Language

All instruction, materials, assessment, and advisory take place in English. Conversational and academic English proficiency is required for enrollment.

  • Time zone

Async coursework works in any time zone. Live advisory windows are scheduled in U.S. business hours but flexible by request.

Administrator FAQ

What heads of school and registrars ask first

Whose transcript do students receive — ours or GPA's?

Your school remains the school of record. We deliver the coursework and report grades back to your registrar on your reporting cadence; you issue the FINAL transcript and diploma.

Do we need to maintain the LMS or hire a sysadmin?

No. Buzz LMS provisioning, support, and student accounts are handled entirely by GPA. There is no platform contract for your school to negotiate or maintain.

How does this affect our faculty?

GPA courses extend your catalog without displacing in-house teachers. Most partners use us to add electives, fill scheduling gaps, run async self-paced credit recovery, or cover specialized upper-school content their faculty doesn't teach.

What does the data and FERPA picture look like?

We sign a standard partner MSA with FERPA-aligned data handling. Student data flows only between your registrar and our advising team. We do not market to your students or families.

Can we pilot a single course before committing to a pathway?

Yes. Pilot partners frequently start with one or two courses for a small cohort, then expand the following year. We'll structure the agreement around the scope you choose.

How do you handle our denominational distinctives?

GPA is broadly classical Christian and pursues accreditation through ACSI alongside MSA and Cognia. We're glad to walk through doctrinal alignment with your leadership before signing.

Let's talk about a pilot for your school

We'll send sample syllabi, walk you through the LMS, and build a partnership packet around your school's calendar.
